I've found that this pre-workout really works for me. It gives me energy, which gives me focus and drive. It prevents me from hitting the wall early on like I used to. I do get a bit of tingling in my hands, but it goes away once I start exercising. I've been taking it 20 - 30 minutes before my workout as it takes about 30 mins for caffeine to work. I definitely recommend giving this one a go if you haven't tried it before. I got the apple flavour - Love it.

When it first came out, I was very eager to try it. I bought Fruit Punch from SprintFit. Fast and efficient delivery. Honestly I love it and have recommended to all my friends as well.
