First time buying creatine and really pleased with this product. Have been using for 3 weeks and noticed more strength, ability to push myself further during workouts and more muscle gains in my arms. Mixes a bit grainy, do need to stir before sips.

This creatine won’t make me as huge as Ronnie overnight, but I’m pretty sure I felt my biceps grow the second I took it. Great mixability and no weird taste. 10/10 would recommend if you want to lift heavy and say ‘Yeah buddy!’ every time you hit a PR.

I am very impressed with the product. I have noticed an improvement in my strength. I increased my bench in that time by 5kgs.
