Cookie flavour is probably my favourite overall, great to add tot smoothie, and helps a lot when you don't have time for a meal, chuck it in the smoothie with some other snacks and you good to go.

Mixes really well, I've only tasted Choc and Strawberry but they're great, water or milk. I've tried multiple brands but will be sticking with MusclePharm for sure.

I brought chocolate and also cookies and cream. I like the chocolate flavour better but the cookies and cream is very nice aswell and my partner prefers the cookies and cream. Cookies and cream is more like a vanilla flavour so it just depends what your into, chocolate or vanilla.it definitely helps my muscle grow and helps with recovery too I definitely like this better then the nitro brand. 5 stars from me

I have tried the lime milkshake flavour as a simple shake, in a smoothie, in pancakes and in oats and it is seriously delicious. A subtle lime flavour that goes well with anything at the moment. So yummy.

Tastes pretty good, when made right tastes just like a white hot chocolate. Blends pretty easy. I suggest using a milk alternative like almond or oat vs using just water. Makes it just a bit nicer.
