This is such a great alternative to plain water. I have always struggled with needing a wee sweet treat throughout the day and these help curve cravings but also taste amazing. They help me reduce my intake of energy drinks too. Also spintfit, were speedy at delivering! Thank you :)

These are great, so refreshing. Great for summer too instead of alcoholic beverages! Cranberry is my favourite so far.

Was a bit iffy about these to start with, but they are great I prefer the Mango flavour over the Raspberry, but have two a day and feel fantastic. Feel full and energized at the same time.
