Not sure if this is any better than the individual components? I think my sleep quality is better, but falling asleep has not changed.
Tastes interesting, not in a bad way, but mixes terribly.

We got the Strawberry & Pineapple Adrenal Switch and it is super yummy. Unfortunately, it only works for my husband, as the Ashwagandha gave me severe nightmares, which prevented me from going back to sleep.

I bought the salted caramel flavour, mixed it in milk and blended it with ice, just delicious. Tastes like salted caramel ice cream that melted a little.

Great product! So happy I tried it. Includes ashwaganda (so no need to buy that separately). It helped me to improve sleep. Thankful! Good taste too

Very sweeeet, you do not want to have more than 1scoop. I have it with hot water before I go to sleep. I only got it to help with my sleep cause I have min 5hrs of sleep every night. Since taking this the quality of my sleep is a lot better even if I have 5hrs of sleep. I don’t plan on sticking with this one as I want to continue to explore other ones.

It definitely helps for a better sleep and recovery however not a fan of the salted caramel flavour with water. Quite sweet. Would opt for a fruity flavour next time

Most impressed with the Adrenal switch. Within a few days I was feeling more relaxed and sleeping has been amazing after waking several times in the night and then wide awake from 3 am. Love the chocolate flavour

Noticeable improvement on ability to fall asleep!
As a bit of an over thinker, It generally takes me a while to fall asleep, however I've noticed a big shift in how quickly I can fall asleep with this product.
The Salted caramel is amazing, I've had it cold with milk, and it's great combined with a sachet coffee.

Love this product, definitely helped me switch off after working out. Some ingredients are also beneficial to your skin (added bonus). Great flavour - not too sweet.
