I had previously tried a friend’s Watermelon flavour and decided to buy myself the Grape. Initially I made it with 300 ml cold water and the after taste was horrible. I am now making it with 400ml of water and it is tolerable. The product works really well though to support my fasting. I would buy again for the benefits however not this flavour.

All time favourite BCAA product, have bought it multiole times over the past year. LOVE the watermelon flavour, very refreshing during an intense workout. Not sold on the grape flavour, and yet to try the mango one!

Definitely gives me that extra boost I need during a workout but isn’t the tastiest BCAA’s I’ve tried , will go back to the ON amino energy next time as it is a much tastier drink during a workout and gives me the same boost as this one
