I absolutely love the pre-workout shots. Berry is my go to flavour. My partner loves the cola. Orange is nice too. Highly recommend these shots for an epic energized workout.

These shots are great and really convenient to carry in your gym bag and take before doing a workout also gives heaps of energy i love love love them.
