This is a great belt for a great belt, but I wished I had known - if you are on the cusp of sizes, go down rather than up. I have a 27" waist and the small is too big for me - at its tightest, it's still slightly too loose to build the desired amount of pressure. Oh well! I'm buying the XS - the price is so reasonable can afford to.
Size fits according to measurements on website. Was shipped overnight so had it ready to use the next day! Very comfortable and good quality materials. Great price point too!
