Link to this reviewThis is a great belt for a great belt, but I wished I had known - if you are on the cusp of sizes, go down rather than up. I have a 27" waist and the small is too big for me - at its tightest, it's still slightly too loose to build the desired amount of pressure. Oh well! I'm buying the XS - the price is so reasonable can afford to.
