Not all greens are created equal! We individually sourced each one of the 10 greens to ensure maximum purity and a clean, crisp flavor and used only the best, nutrient dense ingredients we could find including Organic Cracked Cell Well Chlorella (because ‘regular’ Chlorella just doesn’t cut it for GHOST), Organic Matcha and Organic Spirulina.

Bought the original flavor as I had the intention of only putting it in smoothies and I wish I’d tried a different one! Overall I like the greens as it’s packed with some much goodness but mixing it with water I find it hard to drink. I also found that because it has wheatgrass in it, it made me a little constipated when I was having it every day so be aware! I’ve had issues with wheatgrass before so if you have problems with it just have it 1-2 times a week and you will be fine. I would definitely buy it again but try a flavor so it’s easier to drink.Lime
I got the lime flavour and it’s really yummy. I chuck it in my shaker with cold water and it’s delicious!
