Great flavour, I find them quite filling. I prefer the protein powder over these, but these are great alternatives when short for time.

(Protein Drink) Strawberry flavour is soo good one of my faves, not normally but on milk drinks but this is def one I’ll keep drinking

Its absolutely delicious-it tastes like normal strawberry milk whilst getting the benefit of high protein. I take it straight after gym (with 30 mins) for the best result. It helps my muscles recover faster after gym. I have more energy and have lost weight.

This is a great afternoon drink to help full you up if you are trying to loose weight, great for a quick snack if you didn't want to eat anything. Love the flavour tastes just like strawberry milk!
