This is so good. Haven’t noticed a difference yet because I haven’t taken it long enough. But am hoping it will.
Link to this reviewI love the Dose and Co in my coffee and the shopping experience was great. My only negative was that the packaging for shipping seemed like it could have been reduced. There was a box inside a plastic bag and I felt like it could have been shipped in either the box or bag alone
