This is pretty great. Have been using this as a pre-workout. First time I took it before my circuit training I felt like a was bouncing around rather heaving a dead weight around! I also went and bought some non-stim so that I could take it before evening workouts and not be up all night. I feel like I need to take a break every few days because it's quite intense. In a good way, it certainly helps productivity! But if I'm having the caffeinated stuff plus a coffee every morning it's quite a lot. Highly recommend though.

I got the grapefruit and its delicious! Not too sweet and easy to drink

I'd never tried oxyshred before but a friend told me this flavour tasted like tropical raro and it actually does! Im I'm sure if its actually non stim but it doesn't give me that jittery feeling which is great! Definitely can tell its doing something as I'm not usually a sweaty person but I have actually been sweating at the gym ?? I'm going to buy another one before it's gone!

I've only just started using it, so haven't seen results yet. But I bought the kiwi strawberry flavour and it is delicious!! Would definitely recommend ??
