I've brought a few of these now and love the energy boost. I add to soda water for a little fizz and its great. Dissolves the best out of anything else on the market and flavors are great.

Great product, it’s my first time on OxyShred. I have it before training and doesn’t give me any come down when I’ve finished. No hot flushes either which is great.

It has almost been a week using this product. First time buyer of any sort of fat burner, purchased Kiwi strawberry it is yumm! Deff gives a boost of energy, no jitters like pre-workouts, takes away cravings ..haven't noticed any major change in scales yet probably because it has only been less than a week, but i do see more muscle definition in my arms and especially abdominal muscles as after having children your left with stretched skin so its been a while since seeing those muscles...this combined with great diet has been working well.. i workout 6 days a week, cardio,hiits, and weight training. Looking forward to see more result to the end of this week hopefully i feel every week result will be better. Only complaint is since taking this i have been waking up with mad headaches...i don't drink coffee while taking this, i was a heavy coffee drinker before soo i'm unsure about the headaches...hope to update this in a couple weeks time
