Wild Melon
Been using this while intermittent fasting on a keto diet and it's great. Have it in the morning and don't feel the need to eat until lunch (lots of water required at this point though). It gives me lots of energy, with no jitters, that lasts all day. Never needed to use as a pre workout but I know that others do.

Gives such a good boost of energy in the mornings, don't even need a coffee. Is definitely helping me to push harder through workouts and helps to curb appetite and cravings. It's not a magic cure, but using in conjunction with healthy lifestyle, I'm noticing such positive changes 1 week in!
