These have an odd texture which my kids aren't super thrilled about, but I don't mind it as the benefits outweigh the odd feel. I've been feeling better in my body since having these gummies

My second time purchasing these alongside the ghost greens and I must say I love the flavour. It says take 2 but Im guilty of having more in the morning lol has definitely helped with my digestion and bloating.

I have been taking these for about two years now and for someone who is continually on the go and doesn't always have time to eat properly and resorts to protein bars etc, I find these give your body a great balance and ensure you are getting all the good greens you need.
