With the new formula and flavours, getting energized between breaths has never been easier. Clif Shot gels use a blend of complex carbs from maltodextrin combined with simple sugars from organic dried cane syrup.
This blend of carbohydrates helps enhance overall carbohydrate absorption leading to better energy and endurance over long events and training sessions, along with 60mg of sodium from sea salt. The unique litter leash makes for easier opening when on the run, and means less trash when you’re out running on the trails. If caffeine is your performance go to you have three Caffeine levels to choose from – 25mg in Citrus for enhancing fat utilisation whilst exercising, Mocha for a 50mg hit of energy, or the full monty Double Expresso Turbo with 100mg of caffeine (similar to 1 shot of coffee), for an increased energy boost when you need it most.
