Vegan and Amazing. Delicious with an immediate feeling of being re-hydrated. The best product EVER for my cramp. No issues whatsoever with my IBS, in fact it helps settle my system. 10/10 recommend!

Good stuff seems to do the job. Need to mix with a lot of water though as it is super sweet

Delicious. I picked up a cheaper brand the following day and was like OH this is why ghost is so expensive - cause its low cal and mineral rich, but also actually good and not just salty medicine that reminds you of being a kid with the spews. Love it, and tbh have trouble not just smashing it back constantly because it makes water more *fun* bahahaha.
