I had listened to a podcast that was talking about creatine and how it help women once you are over 35, as our creatine decreases, quite amazing what this can do for us.
I order quite late in the afternoon, but received my order the next morning....amazing.

Excellent quality.. I usually get very bloated with creatine , but this one doesn't give me any issues.

Really easy to put with BCAAs or prework and combines so there are no chunks. Best creatine product
