Decided to try this to help me along my weightloss journey, Oxyshred has been great for me. I have raspberry refresh, it is quite sweet though so I have been watering it down to make it more manageable nothing bad. I have been having it in replacement to coffee in the morning before a workout. Paired with a change of diet & moderate excersising I've lost 6-7kgs in 5weeks.
