I love this pre-workout. I recently described it as legal coke lol. I got a free taster pack which was absolutely brilliant because I ended up ordering the Sour Watermelon in large size because it is SO TASTY. I usually don't like watermelon drinks at all, so that's saying something. The flavour is so good that sometimes I wish I could have it twice a day just for the taste. The pre workout itself works really good for me. I'm a bit sensitive to caffeine and all that as I don't drink coffee and this really gives me a good kick including that itchy feeling preworkout sometimes give you. 10/10!
Black Currant Apple
Tried this protein water because it was on special and since then I've ordered so much Nexus stuff because the flavours are just so good. Have 1 of these a day now in the morning and whilst it is lower protein than a true protein shake, this is so easy to drink! Just ordered Green Apple next.

Perfect. Tastes amazing (vanilla cola). Increases drive, focus, motivation during workouts. I was using C4 all year and found i was not enjoying the gym, switched to this one Per4m and love going to the gym again. Highly recommend, will buy again, maybe in bulk

Pink lemonade is DELISH! Such a perfect protein bump whilst I was travelling the tropics this spring. 110% recommend making it in a shaker with cold water and ice... **chefs kiss** in 30+ degrees heat!

Love it, nice on its own with water but have mainly been using it for smoothies! Almond milk, frozen blueberries or strawberries or banana and its delicious!
Pink Lemonade
Pink lemonade is so good! Sweet and sour, perfect with cold water and easy to top up my daily protein intake. Does get frothy/bubbly.as most do, but leave for 5 - 10 min and it goes away.
Red Sour Straps
So..I'm small/medium lady. Haven't been to gym for 2 years. Sensitive to stims and uppers. I just did 19 assisted pull ups ?? I was scared so took half scoop. Nice light feeling, smashed the session..got scared when my heart rate went up but that's just me. Will miss my hot frothy morning coffees though. I will keep you updated when I take full scoop. Mood definitely elevated pretty quickly, I started smiling in the car driving to the gym. I'm a tired single mum so this is the boost I need to feel confident to get back out there. I have natural big quads and noticed bigger pump on my dominant leg. Will see how my day and sleep goes tonight. Feel like the rests in the HIIT session weren't really needed and felt the energy and focus when I was actually doing the exercise.
