Red sour straps is absolutely delicious, I normally avoid anything with “sour” in the title it’s not sour at all, I’ve tried many flavours but this is by far the best!!! I use it as a wake up booster before work (I work night shift from midnight) it gives me a huge boost, also great to get the muscles going before hiking

Very tasty and a really nice way to get your protein on a hot summers day when you don’t feel like anything milky. If you leave it in the fridge pre-mixed then the powder tends to stick together so best to make it and drink it straight away.

Link to this reviewI have tried all and have enjoyed all flavors barring the pineapple. I have purchased pineapple on 3 different occasions and have received the same result every time. It smells sulfuric, almost like an unwashed protein cup left in your car in direct sunlight. 10 Stars for every other flavor, -10 stars for the pineapple flavor.
