Very good, taste alright as well. I use them for salt & electrolyte replacement for POTS flare ups. They work fantastic for it :)

My favorite gells and was happy to find Sprint Fit stock them. they taste and go down easy. Got these gells whilst we was in covid lockdown from Sprint fit rather than going to the shops. .. I go though alot of these every week.

Little sachets are handy for packing in to bags, raspberry flavour is a bit too strong tasting. Works well and helps with energy levels

I have been using these gels for years, and wouldn't think of changing. they keep me going especially after the 2 hour mark of competition.
