I had a rotator cuff tear and found this supplement while waiting to see a doctor. I've been taking it for about 3 weeks now and I can definitely feel a decrease in pain and I was unable to sleep on one side, but now I'm rolling over a little bit. It's only been 3 weeks so we'll see, but I think it's affecting the tendons and ligaments.
