I’m really happy with this product. I had never taken creatine before, and my main concern was that it might cause some stomach issues, since I’m currently dealing with some gut sensitivities. I haven’t experienced any negative effects at all. I started taking 5g per day from the beginning, without doing a loading phase, so I know it will take a few weeks to really notice the results. I mix it into my breakfast, and there’s no taste or any unpleasant texture/flavour. I recommend it.
