Very tasty and a really nice way to get your protein on a hot summers day when you don’t feel like anything milky. If you leave it in the fridge pre-mixed then the powder tends to stick together so best to make it and drink it straight away.

It smells sulfuric, almost like an unwashed protein cup left in your car in direct sunlight. 10 Stars for every other flavor, -10 stars for the pineapple flavor.
