Great stuff. We got a free sample of it when we signed up to our gym and went online that night to buy it. Great taste, helpful energy boost and great value for money when you consider how many servings you can make from it. Only note is I recommend halving the servings because it is quite a strong taste and if you aren't used to it it's very intense.
