Amazing way to start a work out sesh or to start the morning off, I've lost a lot of weight from using this product (along with exercise) it always encourages me to work out if I have no motivation keeps me going all day at work. I don't have any trouble sleeping I've also had no negative effects from this product. I've been using it for about 2-3 months and I highly recommend this product to anyone.- Porschea
