Yes, I feel energetic after having this on an empty stomach or soon after getting up. However, I am yet to notice any weight loss. May be I need to wait until I finish one tub. I workout three times or about seven to eight hours per week. BTW, I ordered another tub of Oxyshred Hardcore and Oxysleep. Hoping to loose 5 to 7 kgs in the next 40 days.- JOHN
