Love the flavour. Does exactly what i need. So helpful for the early dawn workouts and helps start the day on non-training days. Don't feel a heavy energy crash like i personally have experienced with other pre-workouts. Enhanced my performance tremendously. Strongly recommend for those that do long training hours or challenge themselves with every workout.- Marie
