How It Works
Nuzest Clean Lean Protein utilizes a gentle, water-based extraction process to isolate the protein from European golden peas. This method removes starch and anti-nutrients like lectins while maintaining a natural pH balance, ensuring rapid absorption and maximum bioavailability.
Because it contains all essential amino acids, including naturally occurring Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), Clean Lean Protein effectively triggers muscle protein synthesis to repair micro-tears in muscle tissue following exercise. Its low-fat, low-carb profile allows you to hit your daily protein targets without excess intake of unwanted sugars or calories.
Recommended Use
Mix 2 rounded scoops (approx. 25g) with 300–350ml of water, plant-based milk, or coconut water in a shaker. Shake well until smooth. Consume 1–2 servings daily, ideally post-workout for optimal recovery or between meals to boost your daily protein intake. You can also blend it into smoothies, porridge, or healthy baked goods.
Nuzest Clean Lean Protein Frequently Asked Questions
What is the protein source in Nuzest Clean Lean Protein?
Nuzest Clean Lean Protein is made from 100% premium European Golden Peas grown in France and processed via a clean, water-based isolation method in Belgium. This clean extraction technique strips away anti-nutrients and plant fibers, leaving an incredibly pure, highly concentrated plant protein isolate.
How many grams of protein, carbs, and calories are in a serving?
Each standard 25g serving (2 scoops) offers a highly refined macronutrient profile tailored for clean nutrition and lean muscle maintenance:
Protein: Up to 20g to 21g of pure plant protein (depending slightly on flavor choice).
Carbohydrates: Under 1g (with virtually zero sugar).
Fats: Less than 1g per serving.
Calories: Extremely lean, containing only about 90 to 95 calories per scoop.
Does Nuzest Clean Lean Protein contain all essential amino acids?
Yes. Unlike many single-source vegan protein powders that possess incomplete profiles, Golden Pea isolate naturally contains all 9 essential amino acids. It features a highly balanced amino acid structure that supports lean muscle repair, tissue growth, and daily post-workout recovery.
Is this product suitable for people with severe food allergies?
Absolutely. Nuzest is globally recognized as one of the most hypoallergenic and clean options on the market. The formula is strictly free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nuts, and corn. It contains zero artificial colors, chemical preservatives, or GMOs, and is naturally sweetened with Thaumatin (a natural West African fruit extract).
Will Nuzest Clean Lean Protein cause stomach bloating?
No. Standard plant proteins often cause gas or bloating due to high levels of phytic acid and lectins. Because Nuzest utilizes a specialized water-isolation process, these digestive irritants are completely removed. It boasts a 98% digestibility rating, making it incredibly light and easy on sensitive digestive systems.
How many servings are in the 250g, 500g, 1kg, and 2.5kg sizes?
Based on a recommended standard daily serving size of 25g (2 scoops), the exact breakdown of yields stocked at Sprint Fit includes:
250g Tub: Provides 10 full servings.
500g Tub: Provides 20 full servings (includes a bonus gift option).
1kg Tub: Provides 40 full servings (our most popular staple size).
2.5kg Tub: Provides a massive 100 full servings (offering the absolute best long-term value-per-scoop for daily plant-based trainers).

Love this product as a pre-bed top up for my son to help him sleep better

Pretty good (for a vegetable protein). Turns in to a paste in a regular shaker unless mixed with a lot of water which is unpleasant but is good in smoothies.

Tasty and guilt free protein! Will buy again. Chocolate is the best flavour I've tried. It also mixes in better than Vanilla flavour.

I love the Nuzest Smooth Vanilla. I’ve been using it for nearly a year now and love the smooth flavour (most pea protein based products are quite grainy) and taste. I found this web site to be the cheapest and quickest place to order my product. No shipping fee and overnight delivery! Can’t get better than that.
