Optimum serious mass chocolate has to be my favorite protein, taste like a chocolate shake, thick as a shake and very filling. And you will put size and mass on with this. Banana is a bit sweet for me personally but definitely has the Banana hit Definitely recommend for anyone and will be back for my next order.

Great flavour, mixes OK in water. Just needs a bit more vigour than I expected in a shaker. Blender is fine. Noticed results in 4-6 weeks, training 4 times a week; this stuff is awesome.

Bag is so huge! Much bigger than I expected :) The scoops are massive and make protein shakes very thick and the vanilla flavour can overpower any other ingredients that I add to the shake
