Now my new go to pre workout, does the job perfectly! No complaints. PS The Pineapple flavour is amazing.

This pre workout tastes great, gives you a tiny amount of tingles (which is just enough for me as I don't really like them) and gets you through ann 1 1/2 hour long workout! Great for beginners/ people who are new to using pre workout as it is low stim, and great for using for evening workouts!

It much reduces left over stiffness and muscle aches; it aids mood and enthusiasm; improves vascularity in the sense of improving blood flow; it improves rep numbers and the weights that can be lifted; allows you to reduce rest time between sets; effective for a good hour of training. Use it with Elemental Pump - as I do - for best results

The pineapple and blue lemonade are both really good flavours, but the pineapple comes out on top. The watermelon is just a bit too sweet

Was a little nervous buying this product, as I’ve heard of bad side effects with caffeine type products. This Completely surprised me ... it tastes great, no side effects and Easy to use.

Liked the taste mixes well I actually had the green apple flavor which taste like tangy lollies. I didn't find it gave me a good boost though. Would recommend for low tolerant user

My go to. . . Literally before every training session! I swear by it! No tingles (unless you've had too much), could do with a smaller (narrow not wide) scoop to make dry scooping easier, however, that's never gonna make me opt out.. Always stay stocked! Pineapple is THE BEST!

Had the apple flavour one and it’s so yum, doesn’t taste bad at all and I dry scoop it! Also can notice a difference if I don’t take it, so definitely gives me a good boost of energy

The first time using this preworkout I definitely found an increase in endurance and energy. However lately I've been finding that it hasn't really kicked in as much as what I'd like it to (find myself yawning in the gym). Not sure on whether to increase the amount on how much I use but taste is great!

Second time ever trying a pre workout. First time was some crazy one which gave my body crazy pins and needles which apparently was normal but just drove me crazy and I'd been put off ever since. This pre workout both tastes good and gives you plenty of energy for a workout (even a long, heavy leg day) without feeling like you have fire ants under your skin. Would recommend to others and this will be my go to from now on.
