This is my go to for Pre Work Out Hands Down!! Long lasting, and don't get the come downs like other products. I've been using Gold Standard for over 2 years now and fully recommend this product to anyone looking to try a pre workout with a kick. Try it for yourself, you wont be disappointed! Just a quick note, I've tried all flavors and Green Apples my favorite!!

Perfect for beginners. I have been slowly working my way up from half a scoop. It does give me a extra boost in the gym. Helps to feel motivated and have a productive workout every time. When looking for a pre-workout I was nervous about having too much energy or crashing but this one feels natural and doesn't affect me in a negative way.
Watermelon is really yummy.

Love! Gives you a nice wee pick me up without making you feel too amped up give you that horrible shakey feeling. The green apple tastes so nice! I wasn't a big fan of the fruit punch but it was okay. The watermelon is very strong but nice and I loved the pineapple too. I haven't tried the blueberry or strawberry yet but I'm sure I will! Love taking this pre workout

This product is really good, when I feel I need a bit of a boost before working out this for sure gives me the energy and pump I need.. Not to be taken everyday tho, only when I need bit of energy..

I really like this pre workout. It works well and tastes really good. Green apples the best so far. It's awesome for newbies to pre workout to try too. It's small so easily fits in your bag, It's gold, so it doesn't get lost...in your bag. Long story short, fricken love it.

Really good product. I had previously been using C4 and this is totally comparable, if not better. Great taste and find I don’t have to use quite as much as the C4. Excellent energy boost. Still tingly but I don’t mind that.

I bought this because Sprint Fit didn't have my usual one in stock. I have had it for a week, and it works.
It doesn't give me the hype and jitters as my usual pre-workout, but that is not a bad change.
