Tastes really good and gets the job done, only downside is that the gummies are pretty sticky and eventually you'll have trouble getting the gummies at the bottom of the bottle because they get stuck.

I cannot really assess the efficacy of this supplement as lockdown is a period of heightened stress to a degree, perhaps my sleep has improved over the fortnight I have used them - but they sure are very delicious and I look forward to the morning and night time munch.

I bought these a week ago, amazing stuff. I used to go to sleep around 11pm and I would wake up almost every night around 2am or 3am and struggled to go back to sleep. Because of this issue, I would always feel tired and my colleagues used to comment on how tired I looked before I even start work. However, since taking these ashwagandha gummies my sleep has improved so much that when I go to sleep at 11pm, I would sleep through the night and only wake up to my alarm at 6.30am. I highly recommend buying these, you won’t be disappointed. Also, big ups to Sprintfit, I ordered these gummies + other products and they were delivered literally the next day before midday. Great service. :)
