Directions:

This is the first time I’ve tried this protein and I absolutely love it! The taste is great, literally taste like a vanilla milkshake (I have the vanilla ice cream flavour and mix with water). It mixes really well - some proteins have that awful gritty taste and texture and this is far from that!
