Good sized creatine pills that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Way better than taking powder - tastes yuck. Just pop two of these everyday.

Good product, easy to take and after small loading time feeling the improvements coming through in lifts and in recovery. Some water retention, but not like you get with powder.

ON products are always reliable. I have been taking this creatine product for a year now. I stopped taking them for a month, and I could feel the reduced strength after 2 weeks. after going back on them, I regained the strength in two weeks
