It’s one of my go-to brands I use when im working out. I enjoy using the optimum gold standard pre workout since it’s easier accessible in supplements/gym stores and online! Very affordable as well

Perfect for what I was after, it doesn't taste too sweet which is what I find with a lot of pre work outs. Gives me the right level of tingles to get my pump on.

I got the Fruit Punch flavour. Tastes more like cherry and is very bright red.
Is a good product with the right amount of caffeine to boost my workouts. Small amount of itchy in the arms/hands but doesn't bother me. Would buy again

I bought the Gold Standard Pre Workout in the watermelon honesty the best pre work out. I've tried doesn't make you itchy and best flavour legit taste like a juice good price swell for the amount you get.

All the energy without the anxiety or the jitters. Not gonna lie, I don't use it to work out, I take it and then spend five hours feeding calves, but find it great!
Green Apple and Strawberry Lime are my fave flavours.

Gives a decent kick with 175mg of caffeine. The pre advanced has a better kick but this is very good to help balance your caffeine in take

This is really nice! I chuck a heap of ice blocks in the shaker then top up with water. Its like a slushy. Great flavour.

Real easy to take because it taste so good. The hit was almost instant for me and lasted way longer than my work out. Literally went home afterwards and cleaned my house from top to bottom.
