ON generally have good products. Difficult to comment on creatine monohydrate as there is no taste. But mixes well and appears to work as well as other monohydrates I have used. I trust the brand so tend to stick with them for most products.

Good creatine. Doesnt make my head ache like those random third party products from countries with lower production standards.
And micronized monohydrate absorbs well, and does not corrode my damn teeth like creatine hcl products do. Get this one is my recommendation, if you care about those particular things too.

I think it is very good, good digesting and seems to be helping already, energy is higher, and recovery has been good, only thing I would change is adding a scoop to this so I can get exactly the 5g instead of a rounded teaspoon

3 weeks of using this and I noticed a difference in my weight training. I just mix it with water, does get a little grainy at the bottom but I just add a bit more water at the end.
